Welcome to the Torpoint
Council Chambers for the Torpoint Players’ annual pantomime. This year
we are performing Robin Hood which is written by Tony Bowditch and Kim
Byles who kindly gave us their version of the great story to perform.
We began rehearsals rather late after our play in October last year
and everybody has worked really hard to get this show on. it has been
a tradition in Torpoint for years for the Players to host a panto and
I hope this year we won’t let you down. Over the last couple of years
there has been a decline in the number of people wanting to take part
in our productions. Cast
Thank you to everybody who has helped out to put this production together such as... Andy Martin for the use of his props. All the backstage team and front of house. All the lovely ladies who helped with the refreshments. Joanne Arnold for makeup, Zak Nicholson lighting and sound hire for all his hard work. Stewart McCall for making the posters. Gareth Simmons for help painting the set. Mike Briggs for being stage manager. If I’ve missed anyone off I apologise but thanks to everyone!!!
